Fish & Richardson has ranked number one on this survey for seven out of the eight years since IP Law & Business began publishing its annual list of the most active patent litigation firms. Fish was involved in a total of 98 new cases in 2007, 42 percent more cases than the firm's nearest competitor.
Best Intellectual Property practice
Fish was ranked the law firm with the Best Intellectual Property Practice in the 2007 edition of The Vault Guide to the Top 100 Law Firms. Associates ranked their own firm on subjects such as satisfaction, hours, compensation, diversity, treatment by partners, and selectivity in hiring.
