FR Employee Mobility

Fish & Richardson's Employment attorneys have expertise in representing employers of all sizes - from multinational, Fortune 500 companies with thousands of employees to early-stage start-ups employing less than 25 - in virtually every aspect of employment litigation and counseling. We have experience with a vast array of public and private clients in all major industries, including high-tech, biotechnology, telecommunications, computer hardware and software, securities, accounting, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, transportation, retail, media/entertainment, manufacturing, insurance and education. We take pride in getting to know our clients, becoming familiar with their business, then working side-by-side with them to devise proactive solutions to their specific employment problems.

As our clients grow, and as federal, state and local employment laws change, we help employers keep pace by providing and emphasizing preventive counseling, thereby avoiding claims and controlling the ever-rising costs of litigation. When necessary, however, we are able to bring to bear extensive litigation experience to aggressively defend our employer clients against state and federal lawsuits, including claims for discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, breach of contract, whistleblowing, trade secret misappropriation, and the like.
