22nd Annual BCLT/BTLJ Symposium: The Administrative Law of Intellectual Property

Fish trial attorney Michael Headley will moderate a panel at "Administrative Law of Intellectual Property," the annual symposium co-hosted by the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology (BCLT) and the Berkeley Technology Law Journal (BTLJ). The program will address a number of important administrative issues that impact IP law. Michael will moderate the panel titled: "Enforcement Issues" on April 13 from 2:00 – 3:15 p.m. Michael’s practice focuses on complex IP disputes across a broad range of technologies and was recently named a “Top IP Lawyer in California” by the Daily Journal.
