Patent Trial & Appeal Board: Updates in Practice From Current and Former Administrative Patent Judges

This program will provide practitioners before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) with the opportunity to learn about the latest updates to PTAB practice from a distinguished panel of former and current administrative patent judges (APJs). This diverse group of APJs will discuss the latest PTAB practice, including discretionary denial, the newest Director Review decisions, case law developments at the PTAB and the Federal Circuit, and trends to watch going forward.
