Gwilym Attwell, an attorney in Fish’s Delaware office and Thomas Rozylowicz, an attorney in Fish’s Washington, D.C. office, will speak on the Institution of an IPR Trial panel at the Boston Patent Law Association (BPLA) Second Annual PTAB Summit, September 14, in Cambridge, MA.
BPLA’s full-day summit will include panels on PTAB best practices, PTAB proceedings, and the maturing of PTAB strategy as the proceedings are continually shaped by the Supreme Court, Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. A networking and cocktail reception will follow.
