Daily Journal 2019 Trade Secrets Forum

Fish is proud to partner with the Daily Journal in presenting the 2019 Trade Secrets Forum. By bringing together leading inside and outside counsel, judges, and key trade secrets professionals, this conference offers timely updates, emerging trends, and a variety of perspectives.

Fish principal Katie Prescott is co-chair of the program and will be moderating a panel, “Loose Lips Sink Ships: Protecting Trade Secrets,” which will discuss strategies for identifying, and preventing the theft of your company’s intellectual property. Fish principal Leeron Kalay will also be moderating a panel, “Follow the Bread Crumbs: Trade Secrets Evidentiary Issues.” This panel will cover preservation of digital tracks left behind after the misappropriation of trade secrets, and other unique issues that arise in these types of disputes, with an emphasis on how forensics can help you progress from making allegations to proving facts.
