Fish principals Michael Headley and Leeron Kalay are co-chairs of the 2018 Patent Disputes Forum North at the Rosewood Sand Hill in Menlo Park on April 18. Leeron Kalay, who focuses on complex technology-related patent litigation, will moderate a discussion “Where Are We Now and How Did We Get Here?” Michael Headley, who is managing principal of Fish’s Silicon Valley office and specializes in complex intellectual property disputes, will moderate a panel “Mediation of Patent Cases.” The Patent Disputes Forum will provide attendees with insights concerning key IP issues that impact their companies, clients and careers.
