Trial lawyer Douglas McCann will moderate an in-house counsel program at the Federal Bar Association Bench & Bar conference – Delaware Chapter. Douglas' panel "Hot Topics and Challenges for In-House Legal Departments" will run from 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. on May 3. In-house counsel from Google, Facebook, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Gilead, and IBM will also participate on the panel. Douglas is a principal in the firm's Delaware office where he leads and tries patent cases for some of the world's best known companies.
