Governance, Risk and Compliance in the Age of WikiLeaks
This webcast will address the impact of “involuntary transparency” in private industry brought on by WikiLeaks and similar organizations. Such groups have made it possible for any employee with access to sensitive corporate records to anonymously “leak” records into the public domain, putting his or her organization at risk of embarrassment, litigation or worse. This webcast will address the regulatory landscape involving data protection, the measures an organization can take proactively to account for and minimize the risks of such leaks, the measures an organization can take post-leak to mitigate the risk of further loss arising from the leak and the assessments a company can do pre-leak to minimize the possibility of such events.
