IPO IP Chat Channel Webinar: BRI and Claim Drafting

Fish attorney John Phillips will participate in IPO’s IP Chat Channel webinar on BRI and Claim Drafting, Friday, December 9, 2016.

The panel, which includes a USPTO expert, will consider in-depth claiming options fora series of hypothetical inventions and accompanying prior art. They will discuss techniques such as using a figure in the application to overtime prior art and “incorporating by reference.”
