Japanese Intellectual Property Association (JIPA) Mock Trial

Fish is excited to host the JIPA Mock Trial in its DC office on Tuesday, November 12. More than two dozen attendees from Japanese companies will participate in this mock trial which will include a damages portion, closing arguments, jury instructions and deliberations. JIPA participants spend time in the US every other year in order to learn more about the US patent system. A reception will follow.
