Fish principal Adam Kessel will discuss “Open Source Software,” and provide a litigator’s perspective on the unexpected legal risks of OSS at the MIPLA Stampede. Elizabeth Capan will be a panelist at the event and will be participating on the “Former Patent Examiner Panel,” where she and other former examiners will offer advice to patent practitioners on effectively prosecuting patent applications in view of the USPTO’s incentives and motives.
