This session will focus on what the petitioners and patent owners feel has been working and what needs improvement. Patent owners and petitioners will weigh in on the ability to amend in PTAB proceedings in light of the Federal Circuit's recent Aqua Products decision. The panel will also provide predictions on the impact of PGRs as more and more AIA patents issue.
