The intellectual property experts of Fish & Richardson will address a range of topics to assist early-stage companies and entrepreneurs in building a solid foundation for their emerging businesses. Topics will include developing short and long-term IP strategies in view of business goals and resources, addressing early-stage issues for avoiding long-term pitfalls, and considerations for co-founder agreements, funding, and the like.
