On Thursday, March 13th, Fish Principal Jan Zecher (Munich) is moderating a panel titled “Design Protection in the United States and Europe” at the McCarthy Institute and Microsoft Corporation Symposium: “Trademark Law and its Challenges in 2014" at the British Library Conference Centre in London. Details are below. Fish is also a sponsor of the symposium, which brings together brand owners, trademark attorneys, and public policymakers to face off on today’s most pressing issues in international trademark law, including design protection, new gTLDs, platform providers and secondary liability, and proposed changes to trademark law in the EU.
