World Congress' 15th Annual Summit on Protecting Innovations in the Financial Services Industry

Fish is proud to partner with World Congress on their upcoming Summit on Protecting Innovations in the Financial Services Industry. Fish principals Karl Renner and Michael Zoppo, along with leading financial services industry practitioners, will collaborate on a panel to discuss “Embracing Change at the PTAB.”

This timely presentation will examine the cases being addressed by the Supreme Court and Federal Circuit, what those cases signal about upcoming changes at the PTAB, and how they will affect your organization. Speaker Karl Renner co-chairs Fish’s Post-Grant Practice Group and serves on the Board of Directors of the national PTAB Bar Association. Fish speaker Michael Zoppo focuses on the trial and appeal of patent cases and related counseling in the area of financial services. Rounding out the panel are William Jacobson, IP Counsel at Bank of America; CME Group’s Managing Director and Associate General Counsel Matthew Kelly; and Jordan Newmark, Litigation Counsel at Miami International Holdings.
