Chris Marchese, a principal in Fish’s San Diego office, has focused on patent litigation for nearly 25 years and speaks regularly on the topic. He co-authored a patent damages treatise which is frequently quoted in court opinions, and publishes the Patent Damages Blog.

Markus Weyde, an associate in the San Diego office, emphasizes intellectual property services, such as patent litigation, inter partes and ex parte post grant work, strategic counseling, and opinion work.

Tucker Terhufen, also an associate in San Diego, focuses his practice on patent litigation in federal district courts and the International Trade Commission for clients in the medical devices, life sciences and chemical industries.
