Principal Ahmed Davis co-authored an article in the October issue of Landslide magazine entitled “How Globalization has Shifted the Paradigm of Diversity Inclusion in Intellectual Property Law.” Davis discusses the importance of successful diversity programs during a time where the U.S. population is becoming increasingly diverse and the responsibility that leadership has during this time.

“It has been said that ‘faith comes by hearing.’ For a firm to be rewarded for faith in the importance and viability of its diversity program, those in positions of power and authority within the firm must be heard on the matter. If the leaders do not lead, the people surely will not follow.”
