Law360 Names Fish Intellectual Property Practice Group of the Year
Fish has been named a 2018 “Practice Group of the Year” in Intellectual Property by Law360, marking the sixth year that the publication has honored Fish as the best of the best in IP practice.
During the past year, Fish dominated in every venue - in district court, at the International Trade Commission (ITC), at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC), and at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) - scoring more high-profile IP wins across the board than any other firm. Between October 2017 and October 2018, Fish won 15 cases in district courts and 27 cases at the Federal Circuit, and resolved over 200 other cases. The firm also handled the most petitions at the PTAB and more patent litigation at the ITC than any other firm.
