Terry J. Stalford is an attorney in the Dallas office of Fish & Richardson. His practice includes all aspects of intellectual property law, with particular emphasis on strategic patent portfolio management, infringement risk management, patent litigation, patent procurement and patent licensing. Terry's global practice includes work for clients in Asia, Europe and the Middle East. He has lectured internationally on patent portfolio development, transactional matters and IP litigation. His experience with standards-setting organizations (SSOs) and standard essential patents includes establishing and negotiating with SSOs and protecting standard essential technology. His track record includes high-profile cases heard before federal district courts and the International Trade Commission.
