2024 was another year full of interesting and notable trademark and copyright cases. The courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board rendered decisions on a variety of issues, including cases that touched on generative AI, copyright fair use, counterfeit dolls, trade dress infringement, “use in commerce,” and trademark damages, among other topics.
