John A. Dragsethis a principal inFish & Richardson’s Minneapolisoffice and co-chairman of the firm’s appellate group. He has directly handled more than 30 appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Supreme Court. Dragseth’s practice centers on complex legal analysis and writing in federal appeals, patent prosecution, reexamination, presuit and due diligence investigations, and patent opinions. His prosecution work centers on cloud computing, mobile computing, software, medical devices and mechanical technologies. Before joining Fish & Richardson, he clerked in the Federal Circuit for the Honorable Raymond C. Clevenger III. In 2008, Dragseth was named one of the country's top 50 IP attorneys under 45 byIP Law & Business.
