After a two and a half year battle and a weeklong trial lead by Fish’s Jonathan Singer, Michael Florey, and John Adkisson, the jury found Dr. Peter Elkin had breached his employment contract and misappropriated trade secret software. Elkin, in preparation for leaving the company, refused to share information about the software.
