Fish Client Samsung Wins Temporary Restraining Order Against Former Executive
Fish client Samsung has won a temporary restraining order against a former executive in a lawsuit alleging that his acceptance of a comparable position at a rival company will result in the improper disclosure of Samsung's confidential and proprietary information.
The order, which was handed down on Thursday, July 23rd, by Judge Lorraine Raggio of District Court of Dallas County, Texas, restrains William Ogle, Samsung’s former Chief Marketing Officer, from working for Samsung rival, Motorola, as Motorola’s Chief Marketing Officer. Ogle was also temporarily restrained from interacting with customers/carriers with whom he communicated in the last 18 months and from using or disclosing Samsung’s trade secrets and confidential information.
