Fish & Richardson Sweeps Managing Intellectual Property's Tier 1 National IP Rankings for Sixth Consecutive Year
Fish & Richardson has received Tier 1 IP rankings in every national category - Patent Prosecution, Patent Litigation, Bio/Life Sciences, PTAB Litigation, and ITC - in Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) magazine's annual ranking of the top IP law firms in the U.S. This is the sixth year in a row that Fish has swept the Tier 1 national U.S. rankings. According to MIP, "The top-tier firms possess an outstanding reputation in their jurisdiction and boast strong teams and practices led by highly-experienced individuals."
"It is an honor to be consistently recognized by our clients and colleagues as a top firm in every national IP category," said Peter J. Devlin, president of Fish & Richardson. "With our broad technical expertise, unparalleled trial skills, and knowledge across nearly every industry, we can field an elite team and winning strategy for each and every client's unique IP needs."
The MIP survey is based on extensive research and interviews with law firms and clients worldwide in more than 80 countries. Firms are ranked in tiers in each category in each jurisdiction based on client feedback on certain attributes such as quality of work and outcomes, communication, and efficiency; portfolio of work and its level of sophistication; service offering and importance of industry covered; depth of resources; and practice leadership and management.
Founded in 1990, MIP is a leading source of news and analysis on intellectual property developments worldwide. It is part of the Euromoney Legal Media Group with offices in London, Hong Kong, and New York.
