Fish Named Most Active Firm at the PTAB for First Nine Months of 2018 by Managing Intellectual Property

Fish was the most active firm at the PTAB for the first nine months of 2018.

According to Managing Intellectual Property, “The law firm representing petitioners on the most petitions filed in the first nine months of 2018 was Fish & Richardson, with 96. This placed it almost 40 petitions ahead of the second-placed firm for petitioners…Fish & Richardson also had a strong nine months representing patent owners. It was joint top along with Sterne Kessler, representing patent owners in 43 patent disputes filed in the first nine months.”
