Fish Ranks High in MultiCultural Law Magazine's 2009 Top 100 Law Firms for Diversity Listings

Fish & Richardson ranked 37th in MultiCultural Law Magazine’s 2009 Top 100 Law Firms for Diversity listing. Additionally, Fish ranked 32nd in their Top 50 Law Firms for Partners, 47th in their Top 50 Law Firms for Associates and 23rd in their Top 25 Law Firms for Asian-Americans.

To pick the Top 100 Law Firms for Diversity, Multicultural Law conducts an employee survey of law firms with 100 or more attorneys. The survey requests data on the number of minority attorneys in the law firm compared to the overall number of attorneys in the firm. From the data provided on the survey,they do a data analysis of the percentage of minority attorneys versus the overall number of attorneys at the firm, from a firmwide basis, partners’ basis, of counsel basis and associates basis. Once the percentages are finished,MultiCultural Law Magazineselects the top 100 law firms with the highest percentage of diversity.
