Fish & Richardson Associate Excylyn Hardin-Smith Named to the Lawyers of Color 2022 Hot List

Fish & Richardson is proud to announce that Associate Excylyn Hardin-Smith has been named to the Lawyers of Color 2022 Hot List, which recognizes junior and mid-level attorneys for their professional accomplishments and their commitment to diversity initiatives.

Hardin-Smith focuses her practice on patent litigation and trade secret misappropriation, spanning various phases of litigation and including discovery management, motion practice, pre-trial preparation, and trial. Besides her work for her clients, Hardin-Smith mentors associates of color at Fish and maintains an active pro bono practice concentrated on criminal justice, employment law, civil rights, voting rights, and women’s rights. In 2022, the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) named Hardin-Smith an LCLD Pathfinder.
