Fish & Richardson received top "Band 1" rankings in the U.S. for its Intellectual Property: Patent and International Trade Commission (ITC) practices by Chambers Global 2023. Five Fish principals — Juanita Brooks, Ruffin Cordell, DJ Healey, Michael McKeon, and Frank Scherkenbach — were ranked in the Patent category, with Cordell, McKeon, and Joseph Colaianni earning rankings in the International Trade: Intellectual Property (Section 337) section.
