Fish & Richardson Named Post-Grant Firm of the Year (United States) in 2024 Global IP Awards

Fish & Richardson is proud to have been named Post-Grant Firm of the Year (United States) by IAM and World Trademark Review as part of the 2024 Global IP Awards.

The Global IP Awards recognize the outstanding achievements of law firms in litigation, prosecution, and transactional work during 2023 and 2024. Each year, the list of award winners is compiled from extensive research done for the IAM Patent 1000 and WTR 1000 surveys. IAM and WTR’s dedicated research team gathers thousands of written submissions from firms detailing their recent activity in the intellectual property field.

Fish is the undisputed leader in post-grant practice, having handled more post-grant proceedings than any other firm. Backed by more than 50 attorneys dedicated primarily to post-grant practice and 90+ more who have post-grant experience, Fish’s post-grant practice combines the talents of our elite patent prosecution and litigation practices. Our skill in patent prosecution — filing an average of over 8,000 U.S. patent applications per year — allows us to obtain patents that can withstand future post-grant challenges and find vulnerabilities in patents asserted against our clients. Our extensive patent litigation practice — one of the most active nationwide — also enables us to seamlessly coordinate post-grant proceedings with copending litigation.

This year’s award winners were recognized at an event in London on October 17.
