5 Firms Stand Out For Nonlitigation IP Work, Survey Says

Intellectual property litigation gets the headlines, but patent and trademark prosecution can be even more critical to businesses, and there are five firms that stand out from the pack for doing stellar nonlitigation IP work, a new survey of in-house attorneys says.

For the new Intellectual Property Outlook report, BTI Consulting Group Inc. asked general counsel to name the firms they primarily rely on for nonlitigation IP work, and Fish & Richardson PC topped the list, being mentioned more than any other firm.
