People Insight Recognizes Fish & Richardson as a 2024 Outstanding Workplace
Fish & Richardson has been awarded People Insight’s Outstanding Workplace Award for 2024 in recognition of the firm’s commitment to building and maintaining an engaging and healthy workplace culture. This is the second straight year the firm has received this recognition.
Earned by organizations that achieve a top-quartile employee engagement score in People Insight’s employee survey, the Outstanding Workplace Award recognizes organizations that are investing in employee engagement and sparking positive change as a result of employee feedback. In its 2024 survey, Fish excelled in several key engagement level sectors, earning nearly 13% higher than the professional services norm.
Employee engagement is critical to cultivating a positive culture and supporting business and client success. According to People Insight, highly engaged teams are 21% more profitable, and organizations with top engagement scores average 12% higher client satisfaction.
The engagement survey is one tool Fish uses to listen to and learn from employees. In addition, Chief Executive Officer John Adkisson and Chief Operating Officer Kristine McKinney visit each U.S. office at least once per year to meet and hear from colleagues at all levels. Fish also works with external ombuds to provide confidential and informal resources to support employees in navigating workplace relationships and promoting conflict resolution skills. In addition, Fish is constantly evaluating and adding new benefits, wellness, and professional development offerings to promote the well-being of employees and their families.
