The New York Law Journal Names Fish & Richardson Principal Jeremy Saks a New York Legal Awards “Rising Star”

Fish & Richardson is proud to announce that Principal Jeremy Saks has been recognized by the New York Law Journal in the “Rising Stars” category of the 2023 New York Legal Awards.

Saks’s practice focuses on assisting his clients — which range from start-ups to multinational corporations — to resolve intellectual property disputes in U.S. District Courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission. Much of his recent case work involves patent and trade secret assertions covering highly valuable pharmaceutical and biologics technologies. Devoted to advancing diversity and inclusion efforts in the legal community, Saks serves as co-chair of RainbowFish, the firm's LGBTQ+ affinity group, and devotes significant time and energy to his pro bono practice, working with immigrants’ rights organizations to handle several life-changing asylum cases for LGBTQ+ individuals seeking legal status in the U.S.
