Fish & Richardson Named Top Trademark Law Firm for 10th Straight Year by World Trademark Review
Fish & Richardson has been named a top national trademark law firm for the 10th consecutive year by World Trademark Review (WTR) 1000. Fish also received top rankings for its regional practices in California, Massachusetts and New York. According to WTR, Fish is "hailed as one of the top patent and trademark firms in the United States - and a celebrated name internationally" and "draws on 140 years of experience to provide a top-notch service and percipient counsel to rights holders."
"The firm is in hot demand for search and clearance tasks thanks to the comprehensiveness of its analyses and actionable advice informed by an appreciation of real-world risk," added WTR. "While lawyers at some firms give every possible disclaimer, the Fish experts are willing to answer the question 'is this available?'" and Fish's "well-rounded practitioners...know intimately what is keeping their clients awake at night."
Practice group leader and principal Cynthia Johnson Walden received top rankings in Massachusetts and nationally in the enforcement and litigation and prosecution and strategy categories. Lisa Greenwald-Swire received top rankings in California and nationally in the prosecution and strategy category. Six additional Fish attorneys were singled out for recognition in their region: Keith Barritt in D.C.; Timothy French and Debra Serota in Massachusetts; Kristen McCallion and Catherine Stockell in New York; and Russell Rippamonti in Texas.
