Two Fish & Richardson Principals Named 2024 “Women Worth Watching in STEM” by Profiles in Diversity Journal

Profiles in Diversity Journal has included Principals Rae Crisler and April Park in its 2024 list of "Women Worth Watching in STEM,” which recognizes “high-performing, purpose-driven leaders who create value for other women and for the organizations where they contribute their talents." 

Rae Crisler maintains an expansive litigation practice spanning all areas of intellectual property, with a particular focus on pharmaceutical and life sciences litigation. Her experience includes litigating Hatch-Waxman and biologic cases, performing pre-litigation and portfolio diligence related to pharmaceutical matters, and litigating cases involving treatments for conditions such as schizophrenia, HIV, psoriasis, and cardiac diseases. Outside of her practice in IP law, Rae also dedicates time to supporting diverse attorneys in the legal profession as a city lead for Richmond with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.   

April Sunyoung Park assists clients with all aspects of patent infringement matters before the U.S. District Courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission. A skilled patent litigator with a global client base, Park has established a reputation as an international authority in her field, with experience spanning many phases of the litigation process and touching on a wide array of technologies. Park maintains an active pro bono practice, partnering with Capital Area Immigrants’ Rights to help individuals navigate the complexities of the immigration process.
