Fish & Richardson announced today that Cynthia Johnson Walden, a principal and Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Trademark and Copyright Group, has been named to the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly 2012 list of “Top Women of Law.” This prestigious award is given to an elite group of women lawyers who have made important contributions to the legal community through outstanding leadership, vision, passion, and advocacy. She also focuses her practice on copyright prosecution, client counseling, and copyright litigation, and has extensive experience with false-advertising and unfair competition matters and corporate due diligence.
