WARNING: Phishing email about abandoned investments that purports to be from attorneys at Fish & Richardson

Did you recently receive an email about abandoned investments that purports to be from attorneys at Fish & Richardson?

We are aware that someone is sending emails that pretend to be from Fish attorneys, but that are sent from email addresses that are not at our firm. The emails mention abandoned investments and a probate proceeding.

This is a scam. Do not reply to these emails. They did not originate from Fish & Richardson. We are working with the email provider and with law enforcement to identify the sender and stop this scam.
