Patent litigator Brandon Avers handles cases for clients across a variety of industries and technologies, particularly in the mechanical engineering sector.
With legal experience spanning many aspects of litigation, from pleadings to trial, Brandon has worked on various District Court pre-trial matters and drafted pleadings and dispositive motions. He has also conducted diligence work involving complex legal research and investigations into the strength of legal claims in areas such as invalidity, infringement, and claim construction. His technical familiarity is wide-ranging, from aerospace to semiconductors.
Outside of his legal practice, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and playing guitar.
