Overview

Grier Conville represents clients in patent litigation matters across a range of technologies, from software to medical devices.

Grier’s legal experience includes contributing to various stages of patent litigation, researching and drafting memoranda, and assessing public health policy outcomes. While in law school, Grier served as a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and competed as a member of the Northeastern U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) National Patent Drafting Competition team.

As an undergraduate student, Grier conducted research focused on the development of medical devices and rehabilitative technology.

In her leisure time, Grier can be found climbing, reading, or baking.

Named to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court's Pro Bono Honor Roll for providing 50 or more pro bono hours in a single year (2024).
