Jamie Cutler focuses her practice on trademark and copyright prosecution and counseling across a range of products and technologies, with a particular focus in the luxury, retail, beauty, entertainment, and hospitality industries.
With extensive experience in both U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution and maintenance, Jamie has assisted clients with trademark applications and renewals, trademark clearances, and trademark enforcement. She has also helped clients strategize overcoming trademark Office Action refusals; composed and filed cancellation and opposition proceedings with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board; prepared and filed copyright applications; and prepared Statements of Use, Office Action responses, and Letters of Protest with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
