Justin received his doctorate in organic and medicinal chemistry, a scientific background that helps him to readily understand his clients’ innovations and recommend an effective strategy for protecting them. He has experience with everything from identifying patentable inventions, conducting patentability searches anddue diligence, drafting patents, and executing international prosecution strategies to seeking patent term extensions for approved pharmaceutical products in both the United States and abroad.
Clients rely on Justin for his calm, clear, and analytical approach to patent practice, as well as his experience working with clients across the many stages of research and development, including the initial discovery of pharmaceutical entities, as well as the development of formulations, synthetic processes, and dosing regimens.
