Kenley Potts manages the patent paralegal team within the Practice Systems department across all of Fish’s U.S. offices.
Kenley collaborates with departments inside and outside of Practice Systems to enhance workflows, increase transparency, and foster strong, compassionate working relationships between teams. With a focus on efficiency and engagement, she plays a role in process improvement and cross-departmental collaboration. She currently serves as co-chair of the firm’s Allyship Affinity Group.
