Madison Murhammer Colon focuses her practice on patent litigation in the life sciences and the energy and chemicals industries

Madison has experience researching and writing legal memos, responding to office actions, and drafting discovery requests and invalidity disclosures.

Madison was previously a summer associate with Fish in 2020. She then served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kimberly A. Moore of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (2022-2024) and as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard G. Andrews of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware (2021-2022) before rejoining the firm.

In law school, Madison was the online managing editor of the Iowa Law Review and co-president of the Intellectual Property Law Society. Her legal scholarship has been published by both the Iowa Law Review and the Drake Law Review.
