Steve Fusselman concentrates his practice on supporting patent prosecution and litigation in the areas of computer technology, computer software, internet, online advertising, and business management software/solutions.
Steve has worked on patent applications in the areas of alternative fuels, medical products, food products/packaging, transportation, toys/games, education, retail, and clothing. He has supported litigation in the areas of banking, toys, cameras, medical devices, household products, and semiconductors.
Steve’s previous experience includes work as a project/software engineer for McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing), IT technical analyst for Cargill, quality assurance analyst for Open Systems, and software consultant for Keane, Inc.
